“Simon Says” was the bane of my existence growing up – all of my classmates, and even a teacher or two, would bug me about my last name. Now that I’m all grown up and in charge of my own classroom, I realize I have become proud of my name. It’s who I am, and gosh darn it, if there’s a silly childhood game with my name in it, all the better. Hence this blog’s name.
Consider this blog a place for my students to come together and discuss the issues covered in class, mention something you read in class which you liked or (sigh) disliked, plus receive information about what we covered in class (in case you were absent), and learn about upcoming assignments. Click on the tab that corresponds with your class to learn more.
